Clean Eating Blondies

-1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup all natural almond butter or PB
-1/3 cup pure maple syrup
-2 tsp vanilla
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
-Sea salt to sprinkle on top


  1. preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Spray 8x8 pan w non stick spray 
  3. in food processor add all ingredients except chocolate chips
  4. speed in pan evenly & sprinkle chocolate chips on top
  5. bake 20-25 minutes or until edges are brown
  6. batter may look under cooked but you don't want to dry them out!
  7. cool for 20 minutes
