Chickpea Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Balls


  • 1 1/2 cup dried chickpeas 
  • 2 tbsp natural PB
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp real maple syrup (I used light agave) 
  • 2 tsp chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven 200 degrees roast chickpeas on baking sheet and parchment paper for 15 min. 
  2. Let cool for a little (I didn't do that and my chocolate chips melted... Oopsies!)
  3. Then mix all ingredients in food processor until cookie dough texture then Stir in chocolate chips. Store in airtight container in freezer.
