- 1 1/2 cup dried chickpeas
- 2 tbsp natural PB
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp real maple syrup (I used light agave)
- 2 tsp chocolate chips
- Preheat oven 200 degrees roast chickpeas on baking sheet and parchment paper for 15 min.
- Let cool for a little (I didn't do that and my chocolate chips melted... Oopsies!)
- Then mix all ingredients in food processor until cookie dough texture then Stir in chocolate chips. Store in airtight container in freezer.
