If I could pick one exercise to do the rest of my life, it would be Planks! They engage the ENTIRE body ranging from your glutes, abs, and even shoulders! I can't explain enough on how importance it is to have core strength. Having a strong gives you better balance in daily life, and can prohibit you from having a lot of different injuries.
