Healthy By the Holidays: Challenge your way to Christmas

Who’s ready to have a happier, healthier holiday?

The holidays are here and so is all of the comfort food at the annual potlucks, parties, and Christmas dinners. The opportunities are endless when Thanksgiving and Christmas roll around and we get to see friends and family we haven’t seen in a while!

So imagine this, I picked out my perfect little sparkly holiday outfit that I’ve been waiting to wear, uh oh maaayyyybbeee I had a little too much Halloween candy. There is nothing worse than pulling up those jeans and feeling your muffin top ooze over the top of your pants! UGH... its like you instantly go into a bad mood because you don't like the way you feel. Not a way to start the holiday cheer. Wouldn’t it be nice to start out the holiday season looking and feeling our best? I know that’s my ultimate goal!

On November 4th I will be kicking off a 6 week Healthy By the Holidays adventure and I would love for you to join me! My goal is to teach you how to meal plan, how to make higher quality food choices, help you to manage your cravings for sweets, deal with the temptations of the approaching Holiday season, how to handle traveling, and everything else that’s thrown our way this time of year. Just because your social life changes this time of year, doesn’t mean that your healthy lifestyle needs to change too!

Each day you will log into the closed online accountability group. There will be a daily post from me. The posts will either have a tip on clean eating, a recipe, motivation or accountability. It is a safe place to share and bond with other people who have goals just like yours. Honestly if it weren’t for the challenge groups for me, I personally would not be where I am today!
